What if I told you you could lose weight while still eating delicious food rich in fat?

I fought all my life with abdominal fat. This has been a perpetual issue because although the rest of my body was thin, I had a little abdominal fat since kindergarten, when I was chosen to read a working group of Operating poetry. And there are studies to prove this theory, of course. So the idea was to eat as little fat as possible. While there is some truth to that, because of the fat in the diet can be more easily stored as body fat, those who adhered to this doctrine went overboard in eating in essential fatty acids. They have suffered from depression, fatigue, PMS, and all sorts of diseases. Put simply, your body needs fat. Besides water and oxygen, the fat is the most important component of the body.

Lipase has been deficient in obese humans. Howell cites a study at the School of Medicine Tufts University (1966) which tests were made on the abdominal fat of obese people and a lack of enzymes was found in large deposits.

Believed that a system is low in calories should not leave hungry or undernourished. But to put someone in a low-calorie diet of cooked foods, especially processed, and it will feel hungry, even obsessed with food.
